Shipping Cost
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional handling or service fees will be charged.

Order Handling Time
Many of our lighting products are carefully crafted and may require special handling. After placing your order, it will take approximately 1 – 3 business days for us to carefully prepare, inspect, and package your item.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed.

Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 – 8 business days, depending on your location and local carrier schedules.
The total time from order placement to delivery is usually 6 – 11 business days.
Please plan accordingly before placing your order.

Important Note on Lighting Products:
Chandeliers and lighting fixtures are fragile items. We take extra care in packaging to ensure your product arrives safely. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery for any visible damage.
